Amarilis has 13 years experience as a manager in veterinary medicine. She truly loves what she does! She has known and loved our team at Mills Animal hospital since the very beginning. We are so thankful and blessed to have her join our family!

“My favorite part in the veterinary field is the authenticity and complete art that each and every one person brings to the clinic as a whole. Watching the doctors take care of the animals as if it were their own. Watching a receptionist feel the concern for the client as if they were going through it as well. In all honesty, THE TEAM of dedicated employees that love their craft and have such a passion for what they do.”
Amarilis is a member of the Georgia Veterinary Managers Association (GAVMA) and is currently enrolled in veterinary management courses at Penn Foster. Her primary passion outside of work lies with her family but she also loves living on their farm in the country and caring for their menagerie of animals. Some of those animals include a Chinchilla named Maria (who she refers to as her granddaughter), 2 cats, 8 dogs, and many, many chickens.
